Billing Policy

1. Transaction Fees

NairaBase Market charges competitive fees for successful sales. You only pay when you sell.

2. Wallet & Payments

All transactions are processed through your NairaBase Wallet. Funds are held in escrow until delivery confirmation.

• Buyers fund their wallet before purchase
• Payments are released to sellers after buyer confirms delivery
• Auto-release occurs after 7 days if no dispute
• Minimum withdrawal: ₦100
• Processing time: 5 Minutes

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Buyers can request refunds before seller ships item
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Promotion/boost fees are non-refundable
• Disputed transactions are reviewed within 48 hours
• Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension

4. Invoices & Receipts

All transactions generate digital receipts available in your dashboard. You can download invoices for tax purposes anytime.
